Seed Round

The seed rounds 1 and 2 of BugsCoin will be distributed in two equal halves, with the initial distribution occurring before the listing and the subsequent distribution taking place at least three months after the first CEX listing. The early distribution prior to the listing supports the rapid growth of the project, while the additional token distribution post-listing aims to foster long-term growth and mitigate excessive market volatility.

Team and Operational Costs

To ensure the sustainable growth of BugsCoin and the commitment of the team, 5% of the total supply of 100 billion tokens, amounting to 5 billion tokens, has been allocated for the team and operational expenses. The tokens allocated to the team will be subject to an 18 month lock-up period, which will help secure stability in the early market following the listing. Additionally, to further enhance the project's stability, a vesting period of five years will follow the lock-up, with an initial cliff period of six months.

Once the cliff period concludes, during the first vesting event, 10% of the team’s allocated tokens—500 million tokens—will be distributed all at once. This approach aims to reward the team’s commitment and performance while also supporting operational costs for the smooth running of the project. Following the first vesting, the remaining 4.5 billion tokens will be distributed regularly over the next 53 months, ensuring the team remains motivated to participate long-term.
