BugsCoin’s Seed Rounds 1 and 2 (Angel Investment) are distributed in two phases: 50% is released at least three months after the token launch, and the remaining 50% is released at least three months after the first CEX listing.
The initial pre-listing allocation is intended to support rapid project growth, while the post-listing distribution is designed to promote long-term development. This phased approach helps mitigate excessive market volatility by avoiding sudden token oversupply.

To ensure sustainable growth and reward the dedication of the BugsCoin team, 5% of the total token supply — 5 billion BGSC out of 100 billion — has been allocated to the team and operational expenses.
These tokens are subject to a 6-year monthly vesting schedule, starting three months after the project launch in January 2025. The vesting plan is structured to support long-term operations and maintain market stability during the early stages of the project:
* **Years 1–2:** 2.2% per month
* **Years 3–4:** 1.4% per month
* **Years 5–6:** 0.57% per month
By distributing tokens regularly over six years, the project aims to reward the team's dedication and performance while utilizing the funds for operational expenses to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

To ensure transparent and secure token management, BugsCoin has adopted the Safe Wallet, which utilizes Multi-Signature (Multi-sig) technology.
Safe Wallet is a widely used multi-sig wallet that securely manages cryptocurrencies and digital assets across various blockchains, including the Ethereum network.
It is especially valuable in environments requiring high security, such as institutions, DAOs, and teams, ensuring that the foundation's tokens are managed more transparently and securely.
